$75 Deposit & Forms (pages 26-28 on the pdf for standard, see other pages for student leadership roles) due by March 25th
The forms below must be completed and turned in by March 25th to Pastor Michael.
Our registration starts NOW! Sign up online on the Faith website Student page. We want to get the early-bird registration, so PLEASE take note of the following important dates and amounts.
TOTAL Camp Price is $219 for early bird. Pay your non-refundable deposit of $75 on or before March 25th and the student ministry fund will contribute $39 toward your total fee. That leaves you with $105 to pay by Monday June 3rd without fundraising. If your student participates in the fundraising luncheon or Students Got Talent, the balance will be LESS than the $105. Please talk to Pastor Michael about extra fundraising ideas or financial situations/questions.
FORMS – A few forms per student will need to be completed and turned in with the deposit on or before March 25th (Download and print on the left side or pick up at Faith). They must be completely filled out including the exact date of your last tetanus. Super Summer will NOT accept “current” or “up to date.” Please verify the actual date and fill it in.

There is a NO CELL PHONE policy on the campus for students. For true emergencies contact Pastor Michael. Bring money for lunch Monday and on Friday. A drawstring bag may be useful. Do not overpack :)
